Typical Indonesian Food
            Indonesia is an archipelago because Indonesia has many of island and it separate of the sea. Therefore, Indonesia has the difference between province to other province, such as culture, foods, building house and etc. Indonesia is a unique country because the culture and the other especially the food do not have the same to other country. There are some spices only grow in Indonesia for example nutmeg. For long time ago, Portuguese came to Indonesia to all the nutmeg in Indonesia especially in Ternate. Even, the Portuguese imperialized Indonesia because In Europe does not grow the nutmeg and In Europe is cool, therefore they warmed up with consume food that warmed up.
            Indonesia has traditional food and different with each province, such as Padang with Rendang, Java with Gado-Gado, Bakso, Sate, etc, South of Celebes with Pisang Ijo Ice, Palu Butung,and many more. Those foods made with special flavor and have special taste too. Rendang is food that very hot because it given much spices and coconut milk. All of type’s food in Indonesia has coconut milk. The coconut that give special taste, make delicious and yummy for those foods. On the other hand, Indonesia type’s food has stock that made from some flavor and chicken.
            The typical Indonesian foods are spices, coconut milk, has flavor and stock. Indonesian people like taste like that, it is delicious and does not make boring with that foods because varieties. Moreover, typical Indonesian foods are health because there are many vitamins in each food. For example, Rendang has coconut milk. On the other hand, coconut milk has a fat whereas our body very needs it, meat has protein that very needs too. Gado-Gado is another health foods because in Gado-Gado there is vegetables that only steam it. Indonesia Foods is not only think The food make full, but health too.
