FUTURE TENSE

A.      Simple Future Tense ( Bentuk Waktu Akan Datang )

Simple Future Tense ( Bentuk Waktu Akan Datang) adalah bentuk waktu yang di gunakan untuk menyatakan perbuatan yang akan terjadi di masa akan datang.

1.       Kalimat Verbal

a.       Pola kalimat verbal positif

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + infinitive

Ex:

-          We shall go to Tokyo tomorrow.

-          He will visit us next week.

b.      Pola kalimat verbal negative

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + not + infinitive

Ex:          -      we shall not go to Tokyo tomorrow

-          He will not visit us next week

c.       Pola kalimat Tanya

Rumus:

                Shall/will + subyek + infinitive?

Ex:          -      shall we go to Tokyo tomorrow?

-          Will he visit us next week?

2.       To be going to

Pola kalimat verbal dengan bentuk waktu Simple Present Tense dapat di gantikan dengan pola kalimat yang menggunakan to be + going to untuk menggantikan shall/will.

a.       Pola kalimat positif

Rumus:

                Subyek + to be + going to +infinitive

Ex:          -      he will leave for Jakarta next week.

                       He is going to leave for Jakarta next week.

-          We shall go shopping this evening.

We are going to go shopping this evening

b.      Pola kalimat negative

Rumus:

                Subyek + to be + not+ going to+ infinitive

Ex:          -      he is not going to leave for Jakarta next week.

-          We are not going to go shopping this evening.

c.       Pola kalimat Tanya

Rumus:

                To be + subyek + going to + infinitive?

Ex:          -     is he going to leave for Jakarta next week ?

-          Are we going to go shopping this evening ?

3.       Kalimat Nominal

a.       Pola kalimat nominal positif

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + be + non verb

Ex:          -     I shall be at home to night.

-          She will be happy.

b.      Pola kalimat nominal negative

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + not + be + non verb

Ex:          -     I shall not be at home to night

-          She will not be happy

c.       Pola kalimat nominal Tanya

Rumus:

                Shall/will + subyek + be + non verb ?

Ex:          -      shall I be at home to night ?

-          Will she be happy ?

B.      Future Continuous Tense ( Bentuk waktu akan datang sedang berlangsung)

Future Continuous Tense ( Bentuk waktu akan datang sedang berlangsung) adalah bentuk waktu yang di gunakan untuk menyatakan perbuatan atau keadaan yang akan sedang terjadi pada saat tertentu di waktu yang akan datang, ketika suatu perbuatan lain terjadi.

1.       Pola kalimat positif

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will+ be +infinitive + ing

Ex:          -     I shall be studying if you come at seven o’clock tonight.

-          They will be waiting you if you deliver this thing at nine o’clock tomorrow

2.       Pola kalimat negative

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + not + be + infinitive + ing

Ex:          -       I shall not be studying if you come at seven o’clock tonight

-          They will not be waiting you if you deliver this thing at nine o’clock tomorrow

3.       Pola kalimat Tanya

Rumus:

                Shall/will + subyek + be + infinitive + ing ?

Ex:          -      shall I be studying if you come at seven o’clock tonight?

-          Will They  be waiting you if you deliver this thing at nine o’clock tomorrow ?

C.      Future Perfect Tense ( Bentuk Waktu Akan Datang Telah Selesai )

Future Perfect Tense ( Bentuk Waktu Akan Datang Telah Selesai ) adalah bentuk waktu yang di gunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan,peristiwa atau kejadian yang telah selesai dilakukan pada waktu tertentu di masa akan datang.

1.       Kalimat Verbal

a.       Pola kalimat verbal positif

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + have + past participle

Ex:          -     I shall have finished my work tomorrow night

-          She will have spoken English well next week

b.      Pola kalimat verbal negative

Rumus:

Subyek + shall/will + not + have + past participle

               Ex:           -       I shall not have finished my work tomorrow night.

-          She will not have spoken English well next week.

c.       Pola kalimat verbal Tanya

Rumus:

                Shall/will + subyek + have + past participle?

Ex:          -       shall I have finished my work tomorrow night?

-          Will she have spoken English well next week?

2.       Kalimat nominal

a.       Pola kalimat nominal positif

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + have been + non verb

Ex:          -      I shall have been a doctor next month

-          They will have been busy at nine o’clock tomorrow morning

b.      Pola kalimat nominal negative

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will +not + have been + non verb

Ex:          -       I shall not have been a doctor next month

-          They will not have been busy at nine o’clock tomorrow morning

c.       Pola kalimat nominal tanya

Rumus:

                Shall/will + subyek + have been + non verb?

Ex:          -    shall I have been a doctor next month?

-          Will They have been busy at nine o’clock tomorrow morning?

D.      Future Perfect Continuous Tense ( Bentuk Waktu Akan Datang Selesai Sedang Berlangsung)

Future Perfect Continuous Tense ( Bentuk Waktu Akan Datang Selesai Sedang Berlangsung) adalah bentuk waktu yang di gunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan atau keadaan yang telah sedang dilakukan atau terjadi pada suatu saat di masa yang akan datang pada saat perbuatan atau keadaan lain terjadi.

1.       Pola kalimat positif

Rumus:

                Subyek + shall/will + have been + infinitive + ing

Ex:          -      I shall have been studying for two hours when you come to night.

-          They will have been living here for three years by next March

2.       Pola kalimat negative

Rumus:

               

Subyek + shall/will + have been + infinitive + ing

Ex:          -      I shall not have been studying for two hours when you come to night.

-          They will not have been living here for three years by next March

3.       Pola kalimat Tanya

Rumus:

                Shall/will + subyek + have been + infinitive + ing ?

Ex:          -      shall I have been studying for two hours when you come to night?

-          Will They have been living here for three years by next March?
